I wasn’t quite sure of what exhibits we would see, but pretty sure we would see Andy Warhol

⬆️Roy Lichtenstein’s work reminded me of one of ‘Ted’s creations ‘Bob’. You may remember him from the posts from Reno.⬇️ Was this your inspiration Ted?

another Andy Warhol exhibit ⬇️

This was an interesting and a fun piece that we didn’t expect

This was an exhibit, ‘Yayoi Kusamas’ Infinity mirror room’ that the line was so long and we didn’t know what it was, so didn’t want to wait to go in. But reading about it now I wish we would have waited because we will never go back there, and it looks and sounds wonderful. Now they have timed entries and a 60 second instead of a 45 second time inside. You can see lot’s about it online.
Oh, I forgot to mention we had a marvelous lunch at an Italian restaurant between the library and the Broad. I forget our entree but these were the best deserts we’ve ever had.

and of course I can’t complete a post without our 9 month old great’granddaughter🩷💗💕

we celebrated our 61rst wedding anniversary today at Lawreys restaurant in Beverly Hills

and tomorrow we celebrate Jerry’s 80th birthday, who knows where that will be?
so stay tuned

Happy Birthday to Jerry and Happy Anniversary to a wonderful couple!!
The story of Broad Museum and pictures an interesting view of the art and culture mix. Loved the cute picture of Melody, she’s mini Hannah with the same beautiful smile and light in her eyes. So glad you had fun on your 61st. Please give Jerry my best Birthday wishes. Love you guys, Celia
What fun. I miss having prominent museums close by. Glad you got to go. Although, on this post, I’m a little partial to the adorable Melody. 🙂
