Wow! I love those first pictures! That building was so cool with all the bright colors. πΈππΏ The New York Times building looks really big! What was that statue outside of the Chase bank made of? It looks super modern and old fashioned combined! ππ» Enjoy all the classic New York Food!

This reminded me of that song (slightly changed):
East Side, West Side, all around the town
The kids sang “ring around Jerry”, “London Bridge is falling down”
Ray and Marty together, me and Jilly C
We tripped the light fantastic on the sidewalks of New York
Sharon’s lyrics say it best, “…all around the town”. Loved all of the pictures and insights. What is a papaya dog?
Nice job, Jilly. You take the most divergent images and write an inviting story.
Thuy laughed out loud about the sign in the “green light” picture. Did you notice it, or were you focused on the green light only? Thuy said she’s glad you’re having a good time. Were the papaya dogs any good?
oh my i have heard of carlos’s bake shop. i really want to go there if i ever go to new york. i also know that there is so much yummy and unique food in new york! i hope you enjoy all of it!π₯¨π₯ππͺ
Glad you got papaya hot dogs! And yes, I wondered about that sign by the green light, too! It’s pretty cool how they use the space to accommodate so many people doing so many things – I love those delivery doors!
