fog over the missouri river
we made it to chicago union station thursday for a change of trains. we were on the ‘southwest chief’ and now would be on the ‘lakeshore limited’. ray had some work to do on the computer. we boarded the new train around nine.

stay tuned for more, jilly
Spot on Jill! You captured the heart of the start of the journey.
Hi Grandma and Grandpa! I cannot comment or like this post because the Safari is blocked so I cannot veiw it online. But I do get the emails and I read them every time I get them! I saw how much stuff you guys had in your trunk. That is a nice train! It looks really modern. I liked that picture of all of those little black dots, the birdies . Have an amazing time in New York!!

Thank you Amy, I love it that you liked it and commented. Hope you can get it online soon. I love you. π π πΎ
Hi Mom and Dad!! The fog over the river was really nice, and the black things in the other picture of water made me think of pieces of charcoal for some reason! Amy can’t use the browser on her phone and she didn’t think replying to the email would actually post a comment, which explains her second sentence. π Hope you all are having a great time! I love you!!
I think Dad and Ray should dye their beards pastel blue and pastel green so you’re all a matched set!
I love that you both have colorful hair! And the river picture is awesome.
