i had to include a picture of the flying bus at greyhound. what would possess a company to advertise this way?

bob is still in place at teds. i asked ted if jerry and i could stick our fingers in hes nose and he said “absolutely not’. then will you stick your finger in his nose? “absolutely not”.

ted’s rock wasn’t a rock this year. i gave him some of the aqua tumbled glass from glass beach. do you see them?
saturday ted had errands to run and it was his scheduled haircut day. so jerry and i went to a few thrift stores by ourselves. we went to the scpa, thrift depot, where i got my old typewriter a few years ago, and st. vincent de paul. where this year jerry spotted a barbie doll that i didn’t even know i wanted. but as soon as i saw it i knew i did. i guess some of you don’t know i collect them. i only collect special ones. don’t you think this one is special tracy? she married dimitri in this dress.

jerry finished the book you gave him sharon. he enjoyed it and will probably like to discuss it with you.

a lot of the art from burning man turn up on the streets of reno. i couldn’t get pictures of all of them. it’s so hard to park. these are on the fly.

if you ever have time to spare, check out the websites of burning man. it’s amazing what people do and create out there. we saw some very elaborate vehicles too. we we’re going to see an exibit at the museum of art but never made it there.
we had a great time at ted’s. it never got really hot. and a nice cool breeze would come at night. i actually like staying in his driveway better that at the campground.

bye ted, can’t wait til next time. love you.
we left this morning after coffee at homage. we didn’t draw sticks this year.
we’re on our way to san francisco to get our minds back.
stay tuned.
Hey, my son, Chad, works for Greyhound – head of 4 maintenance yards – LV, one in Texas, Sacramento, and Phoenix – so he is not responsible for the flying bus in Reno, but I told him about it. Remember the Scenic Cruiser we took on the trip to Missouri? Glad Jerry liked the book – I thought it was good history. Bye Ted – God bless you. Go find your minds – at least you know where you lost them, I don’t know where I lost mine so I don’t know where to look for it.
Glad you had a nice visit with Ted, but I know it was sad to say goodbye. The aqua glass from Glass Beach a nice addition for his rock collection. The Erica Kane Barbie was quite a find; I know how much you enjoy visiting thrift stores when you travel, and great that you had time for them this trip. Interesting Burning Man art pieces and the crazy bus. Have a nice drive to Frisco and you will have a better experience this time. Miss you Sis
Can’t believe you found an Erica Barbie. Sheesh. Another spooky resident of Lemon Ave. 🙂
Greetings Colonel Mustard!
