the first event was the meat and greet. ha ha. they tell us all about how to buy good meat, how to trim it, how to build a fire, and then how to cook it. there’s only 40 people in the group.
look at all this tri-tip.

Pasqual cooking the pork belly (yummy)

brad cooking the bacon (yummmmmmmy)

frank was cooking our salmon for dinner.

they also serve wine and beer. this was my favorite variety of the wine.

the grounds are beautiful.

we met the nicest couple and ate with them every meal.

we went to the spice demonsration but just filled out bottles with lemon pepper. it’s the best.

these are for you tracy. just some of the beautiful flowers they have here.
we went on the breakfast horse ride this morning.
stay tuned for that.
Looks like you adopted a nice couple! What a great class to take- and instead of framing your creation you eat it- there’s something just so darned right about that!
The flowers are beautiful- they’re not the lemon pepper are they?
Looks like a very nice event! I bet the food is delicious. That bacon was super thick. Food glorious food….
Thanks for the yellow flowers – they are so cheery! And the tri-tip is what looked best to me. Yummmmmmmmmm
I love about you guys that you make friends wherever you go and share your good times with everyone. Wish I had been there; the BBQ looks so tempting. I agree with Tony; that bacon looks scrumpelicious.
