that’s pronounced squim, is known for their lavender farms. there are a least half a dozen. we chose to visit ‘jardin du soleil’. i’m not a big fan of the smell of lavender, but i though a whole field of purple flowers whould be very pretty. and it was. they have a lot of colors I didn’t know about. the lavender festival is next weekend. i’m glad we won’t be here for the influx of people coming for that.
